CAP-IT Server – When you have a server, it is very important to keep it up to date with Windows patches, updates and other maintenance needs. With our CAP-IT Server service, we will have one if our engineers watch your server to be sure it stays up and secure. Most if not all of your data is located on your server. If it goes down for any reason, your business will shut down until it is fixed. We will help you avoid that with our service. We will backup your system remotely to our SAS-70 secure facility and monitor that backup every day to be sure it completes. If it does not complete, we will correct the problem and get the backup completed. We will install software that will alert us if there is a problem with your server, then we will log in and correct the problem remotely.
