If you are wanting to create a merged E-Mail, go to all your E-Mail addresses and enter the E-Mail merge code that you want to base the merged E-Mails on. This is a different field than the Merge Codes in the previous example. The only way to enter these Merge Codes is to click on the E-Mail on the main screen and enter the Merge Code beside the E-Mail addresses that you want to have included.

Once you have selected all the E-Mail addresses and enter the Merge Codes, you are now ready to create you merged E-Mail.

NOTE: In this case, the older versions of GoldMine will pickup a first, second or other entrees in the Merge Code when they have a comma between them and include all the E-Mail addresses that you need for the merge.
