When using the Dropdown box, be sure that you put ; after each entry so when you select multiple merge codes, each one is added and the old one is not erased.

When you want to create a merged letter, you would insert the Merge Code when prompted and all the letters should be merged properly.

NOTE: In the example above where you see SBSI, BNI With GoldMine Versions 5.5 and older, when you specify BNI as the Merge Code, it will not be picked up. It would be picked up in the first example where you see BNI, SBSI, noEma This problem was resolved in Version 5.7 and later.
